This product is manufactured from a high strength polyester-reinforced mat that is saturated and coated with SBS modified bitumen to a thickness of 2.5 mm (98 mils). The sheet is top surfaced with a thin layer of polyfilm, which disappears upon heat welding of the cap sheet. Bottom surfacing has a film to prevent sticking in the roll. A double release self adhesive selvedge, incorporating a highly adhesive SBS coating, is provided for complete self-adhesive lap seaming.

This composite mat is fully permeated with asphalt then heavily coated with our select polymer blend of SBS. Fast-N-Stick HD Base is a strong lay flat base sheet to be used as a mechanically fastened base sheet in the Fast-N-Weld System.

Consisting of a non-woven reinforced polyester mat that is coated and impregnated with SBS modified bitumen to a nominal thickness of 4.0 mm (158 mils). Ceramic mineral granules are embedded in the surface to provide U.V. protection and a poly-film is bonded to the underside (which disappears upon heat-welding). TP-250-Cap can be used as a cap sheet in a conventional BUR system, a two-ply Torchflex system, or in roof flashing. This product will conform to CGSB 37.56M and ASTM D6163
