Comprised of a non-woven reinforced polyester mat, this product is impregnated and coated with APP modified bitumen to a nominal thickness of 5.0 mm (198 mils). Talc is applied to the surface to prevent sticking in the roll, while a protective, poly-film is bonded to the underside of the membrane. Classic (5.0) can be applied as the base ply in a two-ply Armourplast system or as the top ply in a two-ply ballasted or exposed membrane system. Meets CGSB 37.56 M and ASTM D 6222.

Reinforcing mat of durable, non-woven reinforced polyester which is coated and impregnated with Armourplast modified bitumen to a nominal thickness of 4.0 mm (158 mils). The surface is covered with ceramic mineral granules to provide added UV protection, while a poly-film is bonded to the underside. This sheet can be used as the top ply in a flashing installation or as the protective cap for a conventional BUR system. This product conforms to CGSB 37.56M and ASTM D 6222.
